Quality leather will improve with age, developing a rich patina, fine creasing and different hues. A leather’s patina will develop it’s unique look depending on the type of leather & how it is used.
Keep leather away from direct sunlight & heat.
Store your leather-goods where the leather can breathe, do not store against or in plastics.
Do not soak or wash leather with water or detergents or use harsh chemicals.
Treat your leather-goods to a good feed of a leather balm or cream conditioner at least every six months.
When treating your leather-goods to a leather balm, do so in a warm room or in the sun to open up the fibres and allow the skin to absorb deeply.
Suede & Nubuck, use aerosol / brush treatments only, if this doesn’t give the desired result, take your item to a professional dry-cleaners.
