What styles of bags are there? You can find all the different styles on the Custom Made Collection page.
How do I select my bag style? Place your order by selecting one of styles on the Custom Made Collection page.
Where do I send my jacket? Send your jacket via courier or tracked post to Citizen Leather, please email me at layla@citizenleather.co.nz for the address. I will message you to let you know when it has arrived safely.
How soon will my bag be made? Turnaround time on all orders is around 6 weeks, sometimes sooner, if any longer than this I will message you. If you have an urgent order that needs to be filled for a gift, please just message and let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your need.
How do I choose the fabric lining? Fabric options will be sent to you via email upon arrival of your jacket.
Can I made alterations to the bag? Handle length can be adjusted free of charge, other changes may incur additional fees, please send any customisation enquiries to layla@citizenleather.co.nz. When you are placing your order please make note of any changes in the 'Order Notes' section.
