The Postal Messenger is by far the most popular style produced to order. It is a very sleek, classic style which wears well from desk-top to dance-floor & will transcend season styles easily. Based on the shape of the ‘postman’s bag’ of yesteryear.
A truly unisex style which welds the needs of function, utility and great looks altogether. A4 friendly for corporate and students. This messenger will have the unique features that your jacket provides.
This piece also works well for our bikers as the flap can be turned toward the body so it doesn’t life up and is confidently kept in place without losing gear on the road.
This piece is available in both postal (longer) and satchel (wider) style. Please note which style you would like in the 'Order Notes' section.
Can be made from couch & jacket leathers, tweeds, oilskin & swanndri.
Postal style:
Measurements - 30cm width x 32cm height
Strap - Made from leather hide provided by Citizen Leather. 1.2-1.3 fully adjustable for off-the-shoulder or over-the-body wear.
Fabric Lining - Inside lid and interior cavity. Options vary from plain cotton drills, patterned cotton canvas to beautiful vintage cotton.
Pockets - One zipped interior pocket and your name or nominated the name branded into a leather badge which is stitched to the lining.
Options:
Base and gussets can be added to this for extra depth if required, the base will be reinforced within with thick wool felt.
Closure:
Magnetic clasp under the main lid. An extra magnetic clasp can be added to the top of the bag (see options) or a zipped closure (see options).
